All of our product descriptions, information and images have carefully been put together to ensure all products are accurately described and cover all aspects of the products to assist customers in choosing the right products for their purchase.
PRICING & PAYMENT POLICY
All of our prices are listed on our website in Australian Dollars AUD. We accept payment via Mastercard, Visa, American Express and PayPal only at this current time. Colour State will not be held accountable for any additional fees, chargers, foreign exchange rate applied by your nominated bank or credit card provider.
Once payments have cleared following order and confirmation of order email will be sent out and order will be packed and shipped within 1-3 shipping handling timeframe.
We ensure all personal payment details and addresses are kept secure.
All prices displayed on our website are for each product and do not include delivery costs. These will be added at checkout stage.
In the case of any fraudulent transactions made via lost or stolen credit cards or unauthorised access to PayPal accounts Colour State will not be held responsible for any situations that may occur.
CANCELLATIONS & AMMENDMENTS
Please contact info@colourstate.com for queries on cancelling orders. Cancellation requirements do apply, and cancellations will only be considered based on circumstances and can only apply to full priced item orders. No cancellations can be made to items on sale. Orders can only be cancelled if contact has been made within 12hrs of initial purchase, items have not been packed or shipped.
Amendments to orders such as removing items from one order, adding in additional items and or editing items in current order cannot be made to any orders.
If any items purchased for some unforeseen reason become unavailable, we will contact you and issue refund immediately.

This website is run by Colour State. From time to time the website will require scheduled or unscheduled maintenance, to fix any issues that may arise or to update the website. We will always ensure this is done as quickly as possible.
