SHIPPING POLICY

DISPATCH – All orders local and overseas are sent out via Aus Post. Please allow 1-3days for orders to be processed.


AUSTRALIA
Standard Shipping - $10 flat rate for all orders under $200 and free shipping for orders over $200. All standard shipping comes with tracking.
Express Shipping - $15 flat rate for all orders. Please ensure to select Express if this is the preferred shipping method.
Delivery times – Please allow up to 2-8 business days for standard shipping and 2-4 for express.

NEW ZEALAND
Standard Shipping - $30-45 pending final weight of order. Free shipping for all orders over $400.
Delivery times – Please allow up to 5-10 business days.


INTERNATIONAL
Standard Shipping - $55 flat rate on all orders under $500. Free shipping on all orders over $500.
Delivery times – Please allow up to 7-16 business days.

COVID-19 DELAYS
Due to current shipping delays and circumstances caused by the ever-evolving Covid-19 situation, please note some of our delivery times may vary. We will do our best to ensure your order gets to you as quickly as possible but please keep in mind posting times may be impacted pending limitations caused by Covid-19 restrictions.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Although we really hope you love your Colour State purchase, if for some reason you are not completely happy with your purchase we will happily refund or exchange your item (minus shipping costs) on all full priced items purchased based on the below requirements.


Please contact info@colourstate.com.  within 3 days of receiving your item/s to lodge return, ensure to specify order number and date of purchase. A returns number will be issued along with details on next steps. Following this item/s must be sent back within 10days from receiving returns number for return to be eligible.
All item/s must be returned in original packaging, unwashed, unused with all original tags attached and returned in original condition
Cost to send return item/s back to Colour State must be covered by the customer and sent back via Australia Post. In the event of an exchange required additional postage will also need to be covered by the customer. We also recommend parcels returned include tracking so we are able to track items if required.


Please note all sale items are final and cannot be returned for a refund or exchange unless deemed to be faulty.


Unfortunately, currently we are unable to offer returns or exchanges on all international orders. These orders once received are final.


We do not offer refunds on items damaged through unreasonable wear and tear or damaged from incorrectly opening of parcel or packaging.


Colour State does not offer refunds on items showing evidence that parcel has been ‘delivered’.

 

 


FAULTY RETURNS


At Colour State quality is a main component and core value at every stage of our product development. On the occurrence of a faulty item sneaking through please contact us via info@colourstate.com

 

Please ensure to specify your order number, give a clear description of the issue found along with clear photos. Following this a faulty returns number will be given along with detailing the next steps to take. Colour State will cover the cost of the return.
